Life isn’t always what it seems. I recently lost someone I knew—someone who was always cheerful, supportive, and seemed to be living their best life.

Their social media was full of joy, especially with their grandchildren.

But I was heartbroken to learn they were carrying struggles they never shared.

In the UK, suicide is the biggest killer of men under 50. And yet, so many suffer in silence, afraid to speak up or unsure where to turn.
